Bravo on your success to set this up.. But I kinda find this web portal a bit restricted to notices and comments… Check out Ning.com… its pretty awesome to setup a community there, and more after its pretty easy to use…
It has pretty much everything we need to setup a community there…

They also provide a forwarding email address to keep it anomynous.

Anyone away that the PS11-23 Unit has given the residents sleepless night almost every night. This group of youngsters (tenants) has been singing, playing guitar and pump up the player volume in the middle of the night. The worst think is they started to sing (sometimes with microphone) when every slept and they will sing from midnight till the next morning. Can someone advice what shall we do regarding this? The guards seem like do not bother about this. Anyone has complaint to the management? Hope more residents complaint this issue to the YBR Management so necessary action can be taken to the group of youngsters when have no responsibility, tolerance and sense of human. If they want to sing during the day time nobody will care but in the middle of the night, it is really disturbing.

RE: SABOTAGE OF VEHICLE AT LEVEL 1
Once again, sabotage and theft happened in our premises over the weekend.
The antenna of my car radio was stolen in mischievous manner during the weekend. Well, I shall reckon that the particular corner area at Level 1 is highly crime scene. Why ? Looking back to the previous records, 2 brand new cars had been found missing and my wife’s car radio antenna was once being stolen at this area.
I wonder if our security guards are alert and aware of this repetitive incidents in our premises ? After reporting my misfortune to the management office today, I hope some appropriate and immediate actions shall be taken expeditely. Otherwise, who knows ? You may be the next victim should we allow such mischievous acts happen again.
The above statement made shows no offence to anybody but to notify our neighbourhood with care and concern only.
