SABOTAGE OF VEHICLE AT LEVEL 1

Dear All,
Once again, sabotage and theft happened in our premises over the weekend.
The antenna of my car radio was stolen in mischievous manner during the weekend. Well, I shall reckon that the particular corner area at Level 1 is highly crime scene. Why ? Looking back to the previous records, 2 brand new cars had been found missing and my wife’s car radio antenna was once being stolen at this area.
I wonder if our security guards are alert and aware of this repetitive incidents in our premises ? After reporting my misfortune to the management office today, I hope some appropriate and immediate actions shall be taken expeditely. Otherwise, who knows ? You may be the next victim should we allow such mischievous acts happen again.
The above statement made shows no offence to anybody but to notify our neighbourhood with care and concern only.

Currently anyone notice that the ‘Lori Sewa’ advertisement being painted in the lift, each floor stair case emergency door, the water host door and the door exit to each lever. Previously is was sticker but I believe cleaner tear it off. This time this Lori Sewa businessman painted the advertisement. Can each floor resident take some responsibilities to clear those painted advisements. Beside that hope JMB can convey this information to YBR management and ask them to instruct the cleaner to clean it.
JUST IMAGINE WITH EVERY SINGLE BUSINESSMAN SUCH AS PLUMBER, ASTRO INSTALLER, MASSAGE SERVICE, CREDIT FINANCE ETC ETC STARTED TO PAINTED THOSE DOORS AND LIFT WITH ADVERTISEMENT, HOW WILL OUR BUILDING LOOK LIKE.
