RESIDENTS MEETING 16 AUGUST 2008, 8pm

We wish to inform the Residents of Prima Saujana that we will be holding a Residents Meeting on Saturday, 16 August 2008 8pm, Level 2, Multi Purpose Hall of Prima Saujana on the following agenda:
1) To engage External Auditor to conduct due diligent audit on the Statement of Account before handling over.
2) To increase maintenance fee of RM 10/month
3) To rent out extra parking lot at RM 60/month
4) To improve security system
5) To enlarge JMB committee
6) To employ our own staff
7) To determine quorum for the committee meeting & residents meeting
TO give approving power to JMB / Management staff
9) TO approve future repairing works
a. Swimming Pool pump & filter
b. Roof leak
c. Water Tank cleaning & Water filter
d. Termite issue
e. Lift cable
f. Repainting of whole building
在此告知, 我们将在2008年8月16日举行一次居民会议上,会议议程如下:
1) 在往来帐目归还给我们之前从外聘请审计员来审查往来帐目。
2) 管理费每月增加 RM10。
3) 出租额外的停车位, 每月RM60。
4) 提升保安系统。
5) 扩大JMB委员会委员
6) 聘请我们自己的工作人员.
7) 确定委员会会议及居民会议的法定人数。
给JMB/管理人员审批的权力
9) 批准未来的修复工程
a. 泳池泵与过滤器
b. 屋顶漏水
c. 水箱的清洗与自来水过滤器
d. 白蚁的问题
e. 电梯的钢缆
f. 整幢大厦重新油漆

各位居民,
对于这次的会议,我觉得非常的失望和生气。
竟然有一些人在鸡蛋里挑骨头,从开始到结束,不断的重复那几个问题,实在太纳闷,也显得他们的幼稚和无知,人讲他就睡,睡醒他又问。
他们还不明白公寓的保安出了问题,为了个人的自私心态,做出许多不知所谓的抗议,浪费他人的时间!醒醒吧!当他们正在享受电视节目和休闲的同时,这群“义工”正牺牲自己的私人时间,处理我们公寓的种种问题,他们不但不懂得感恩,不懂得珍惜,反而雪上加霜,反咬一口,真是良心当狗肺。
某某人很“慎重”地要JMB"再次"向居民道谦,未免太过份了吧!某某人对于这群“义工”的表现,抚心自问,似乎要求过高,在短短的时间内就要把所有的事情办妥,而且还要达到三百八十户居民都一致赞成的境界,这种“不可能的任务”只有汤告斯和某某人才办得到。
我诚心向JMB同仁说声感谢,你们所做的一切,明理的居民都看得见,也会鼎力支持你们,不要放弃,继续努力,不要辜负我们对你们的期望。莫让某某人得逞。

im one of the tenant here. i just want 2 ask some question about the residents meeting. what does it mean by “Residents meeting”? Is it a meeting for all tenants and owners of prima saujana or it is a meeting for only the owners of this apt.
Im asking becos 1 of my housemate join the meeting to give our cooperation. But the thing is the meeting was held in a chinese language… :l She already asking the speaker to speak in english but after 10 min the meeting still held in chinese language.
is this because she is the only malay girl there @ bcos she is looking like a nerdy student??….is this some kind of discrimination?
i know many residents here hate student as they always making noise in the middle of da nite & most of the owners here thought we are students – mayb becos our age(the fact is we have leave our college 4 years ago…)
we support JMB here as u all guy doing great job for this apt & i hope there’s some x-plaination for this prob.

Dear Ms XXX (specky lady), please keep you mouth shut up. The most you did is distributing the poison letter from house to house and ask ppl to apologize. So what have you contribute??? JMC ppl do not receive a single cents of salary and yet you talk a lot. Secondly who else do business that do not want profit. If you are the one, please post let Prima Saujauna residents know and we will love your. Else keep you mouth shut and STOP distribution poison letter and con the residents.

Recently i noticed that somebody has asked Bomba personnel come & take out the lobby grill door. I am so dissapointed with his/her action because i’m not understand that our JMB members are trying to upgrade our security systems by installation the access cards system but our ’stupid fellow’ask Bomba personnel to take it out. Since our managemnet budget is not enough and since the access cards systems had been installed y we still want to waste the money to take it out. The ’stupid fellow’ never never think over about our security. He /she only know when fire time can’t run out of the building? Did he/she think what happen when d thieves come in for breaks in. May b he/she has no experience b4 for break in case. Then, i really hope he/she could experience it and may b he/she is the next victim ok……

Who is the person? They never get consent from 385 unit resident before take this action. If he/she cannot share and tolerant, ask them move to bunglow or buy 385 units from us.

先说说按装保安门的好处:
防止心图不愧的外人轻而易举的进入公寓范围进行偷窃,打抢,把“废纸”塞进信箱,过后满地皆是,“阿窿”的名片处处可见,单位拍卖的传单,拍卖价看了叫人痛心。
前几天发生的破门偷窃案,一连三宗,是谁的问题呢?
是屋主没把门关好?保安在睡觉?或是毛贼从天而降?
我猜毛贼当时一定是大摇大摆的进来偷窃,光明正大的还跟保安人员拜拜,顺便说声:Thank you very much,保安人员礼貌上回应:You are welcome。
谁晓得这些事情几时会发生在你我身上呢?
竟然会有人反对按装刚装好的保安措施,百般刁难临时委员会,说什么火灾发生时很难逃生之类的不是理由的理由,做法实在令人费解,无法理解,也令人失望。唯一可以让我接受的想法是…难道他们的家都没按装铁门,哇噻!太厉害了也…..!
