I noticed that nowadays even the mgmt r trying to save the cost of electricity, I think it is not a necessary to switch off most of the light in the parking area because it looks very dark.

Another case was, i also noticed that most of the tenants do not have their access card. Of course, this is because the owner didn’t pay their maintenance and it so happen the tenants do not have their own access card and some r rather stand there to wait for someone to open the door for them without saying even a word “thank you”. It’s really ridiculous.

Just wonder why you have to point finger at the individual who sought guaidance from Bomba. Isnt it the duty and responsibility of the management as a whole to obtain approval from bomba before the measure was instilled? It is an affront to my intelligence that you blame someone who exercised his right rightfully but ignore the basic fact that the management had instilled the grills without proper approval.So, who caused the money being wasted?

I dont mind to share my knowledge with you. As a proprietor of an apartment, you have all right to install a grill because it is submitted in the master plan and pre-approved by JKR already. Not this case.

Well enough i understand your worries coz i have that too, but i dont curse anyone. Furthermore, isnt by inviting bomba to have a site visit is also valuable for our safety? a fire safety.

Again, there was another 3 break-in case happened last 2 weeks and the victim was one of my neighbour staying on the same floor with us, 7th floor. I don’t not know when this incident will be happen again. I really meant want to pin-point the fellow whom reported to Bomba personnel to check on the approval status. He/she really redicilous and selfish. As I had mentioned in my comments sent earlier, by installing the door grill at the lift lobby is the only way we can protect our premises by entering by the stranger, I really don’t understand why the ’stupid fellow’ asked Bomba personnel to remove the door grill and denied to use the access card system? Why he/she is that type of not understanding & tolerant people? Did he/she educated? If he/she dare to report to Bomba, I hope he/she dare to come forward to give an explanation to all the residents what he/she had done.

My suggestion…he/she shall bear the cost when the time the grill to be installed back. Why keep on wasted our money and time.

Our apartment need more tight security system to prevent unhappiness things from being occurred. I cant wait the new security system to be implemented. JMC ….support u!!!!

I heard from JMC members that someone (resident) ’stupid fellow’ from our apartment make a complaint to Bomba personnel & they removed it immediately after checking that we have not get any approval yet. So, this is the reason y our JMC members becomes silent suddenly. We have to special thanks to that fellow for ‘fighting’ our own premises people & objected our security systems.
